Spoiler alert: In Fifty Shades Freed, book three of the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy, Ana and Christian have a happy ending. They do stay married and have children together.
In the epilogue of the book it is revealed that two years later Ana and Christian are expecting their second child. Their first child, Theodore "Teddy" Raymond Grey, is 2 years old. The child that they are expecting is a girl who they plan to name Phoebe.
It is also revealed in the epilogue of the book that Taylor and Mrs. Jones have gotten married. They live with Ana and Christian along with Taylor's daughter Sophie.
